During the annual Canada Road Safety Week which ran from May 18-24, Perth OPP laid over 100 charges.
The campaign focused on the big 4- aggressive driving, impaired driving, distracted driving, and seatbelt use.
Perth County OPP members laid over 100 charges during this initiative, including the following:
· Speeding – 88
· Fail to Yield – 5
· Failure to properly Wear Seatbelts – 4
· Stunt Driving – 2
· Impaired Operation of a Motor Vehicle – 1
· Careless Driving – 1
· Distracted Driving – 1
· Warn Range Suspensions – 1
