A Clinton resident is facing charges after police were asked to check on the occupants of a vehicle who appeared to be unconscious on June10.
Huron County OPP officers approached the car, sitting idle on Main Street in Seaforth.
Both the driver and passenger appeared to be sleeping but upon a closer inspection, the officers noticed the vehicle was not in park and the engine was running.
The two were roused and the driver was showing signs of impairment.
A Drug Recognition Evaluator deemed the driver to be impaired by drug.
