The Municipality of Bluewater has approved the distribution of short-term rental educational brochures to owners and tenants.
The brochures will offer clear and concise information about by-laws and enforcement measures in the Municipality.
Brochures will be given out to as many short-term rentals owners as possible and be advertised on the Bluewater website and social media pages.
Council passed a Strict Enforcement Policy which means that by-law officers will operate a zero tolerance mandate when it comes to short-term rentals.
