As the hot weather approached, many of us are planning on getting back into a workout routine, or trying out new healthy meals, but how do we continue that past the summer season?
Registered Nutritionist Lianne Phillipson knows how hard it can be to keep in a routine to achieve your health and wellness goals, and she says one of her biggest tips is to find a way to make it different to keep you from getting bored.
Lianne also says that drinking 2 L of water, making sure you eat a good breakfast, and setting one or two goals over multiple are all ways you can stay on track for your health goals.
