On Tuesday, first responders in Perth County were called to a single vehicle collision involving an All-Terrain Vehicle in Perth East.
The investigation has revealed that a 14 year old from Stratford was driving the vehicle when they lost control on Road 130 near Perth Line 36.
The teen was ejected from the ATV and suffered life-altering injuries.
