A London man who just pled guilty to an attempted murder in St. Marys will be sentenced on November 30th.
The attacker has been identified as Derek Boyd and he recently pled guilty after stabbing a woman he knew in front of an elementary school in February of 2020.
According to a statement of facts, the woman was waiting for roadside assistance when Boyd lunged into her vehicle and stabbed her in the abdomen and shoulder, which required multiple stitches, staples, and surgery.
