Today is McHappy Day at McDonalds, and the local locations will be donating their funds to the London Ronald McDonald House.
Rob Reid, Owner/Operator of four locations, Kincardine, Goderich, Exeter and Wingham says that they were unable to do the event last year due to COVID, but this year they have changed the way they do it so that there is even more opportunity to raise money.
In the past McHappy Day at three of Reid’s locations have raised anywhere between $20,000-$40,000 which directly impacts the community and the people who need it most.
