The Ausable Bayfield Conservation Authority has issued a warning due to the high volume of rain expected.
The region is forecasted to get close to 100 millimeters of rain before tomorrow night.
The ABCA says based on current forecasts and streamflows rivers and streams could exceed bankfull conditions.
Should more thunderstorms develop, localized flooding could become an issue.
Flows on larger rivers are not expected to peak until Thursday or Friday, and will remain high through the weekend.
