The outbreak is at Blue Water Rest Home in Zurich and one resident and one staff member has COVID-19.
Perth East led the way with 4 new cases, North Perth added 2, and Huron East added 1.
The school COVID-19 numbers remain unchanged.
Other local numbers include 22 new cases in Middlesex London.
