Smile Cookie Day locally shattered records.
12, 628 cookies were sold for $1 with all the proceeds going back to the South Huron Hospital Foundation.
Over 60 hours of volunteer time was spent painting smiles on the cookies.
Funds raised from this years campaign will go towards fulfilling the $421 thousand list of capital equipment needs for the little hospital that does.
To date the local Smile Cookie campaign has raised over $68 thousand for the South Huron Hospital Foundation.
