The Lambton Heritage Museum is in the early stages of planning their renovation which they are hoping to do next year.
Dana Thorne, curator supervisor with the museum said that right now they are in the preliminary design stage, so the full timeline and cost of the project are still not fully figured out, but there will be a lot of upgrades made to the building.
Thorne added that they are going to be adding touch screen areas that she knows kids will love, and some flexible areas in the space where traveling exhibits or community exhibits could go.
