Lots of local hockey this weekend:
IN THE PJHL
On Friday: Your Exeter Hawks were shutout 4-0 against North Middlesex.
In other action Lucan lost 3-2 against Dorchester.

On Saturday: The first Highway 4 battle between Lucan and Exeter took place. The Irish led 3-1 after one, but the Hawks battled back and captain Sam Dupis scored the overtime winner to give the Hawks a 5-4 win.
Also on Saturday North Middlesex lost a tough one 3-2 against Thamesford, and Goderich got rocked by Mitchell 13-1.

And on Sunday: Goderich lost 6-2 over Mount Forest to drop to 0-6 to start the season.
IN THE GOJHL
On Friday: Stratford beat Listowel 2-1 and St. Marys lost 5-1 against Leamington.
On Sunday: Stratford beat Caledon 6-2, the Lincs lost 6-3 over Chatham, and Listowel was shutout 1-0 against KW.
IN THE OHL
It was a tough weekend for the Sarnia Sting.
On Friday the Sting lost 5-1 against Kitchener, before losing 5-4 in overtime to rivals London on Saturday.
IN THE WOAA
On Friday: Clinton beat Minto 6-2 and Seaforth won 3-2 over Saugeen Shores.
And on Saturday: Seaforth beat Tavistock 4-3.
AND IN THE WOSHL
The Stratford Fighting Irish lost a score fest Friday 8-5, before losing a tough one 6-5 on Saturday.
