Fall is here which means so is flu season.
Due to cooler temperatures the flu season lasts from November until about April when more people are in close contact indoors.
Typical symptoms include high fever, chills, sore throat, cough and muscle aches.
People at the highest risk for getting the flu are people over 65, children under 5, pregnant women, anyone living in a care facility or anyone with a chronic health condition.
Health care providers and pharmacies will be offering flu shots, but Lambton County has also set up clinics.
These community clinics will be by appointment only.
