There were some charges laid during a compliance blitz in Lambton County.
Last week, Provincial offences officers in coordination with Lambton Public Health and the City of Sarnia paid visits to a number of restaurants, recreational facilities and other businesses where patrons are required to provide proof of vaccination prior to entry.
The campaign garnered 164 inspections and five charges, leaving officials to say it was a success.
Manager of Health Promotion Mike Gorgey says it is imperative we all continue to do our part and stay vigilant.
