The Ontario Government is investing $190,000 to help Huron Hospice continue to provide their end-of-life care to people and their loved ones.
This one-time funding is a 45 per cent increase from last year and brings the 2021-22 total investment to $610,000.
Two other hospices are getting a 45 per cent increase as well.
Jessica’s House will receive $142,000 bringing their yearly funding to $457,500 and Huron Shores Hospice are receiving $47,000 bringing their 2021-22 investment to $152,500.
