On Wednesday, Lambton OPP were called about an assault on Pinery Bluff Road in Lambton Shores.
Police learned that the accused had assaulted someone with an edged weapon before taking off.
The OPP Canine Unit and Emergency Response Teams were called in and took the suspect into custody without incident.
A 26 year old is facing two counts of assault with a weapon and 2 counts of uttering threats.
The name is being withheld to protect the identity of the victims, one of which was taken to the hospital with minor injuries.
