People in Huron and Perth Counties who no longer are able to get a PCR test to figure out if they have COVID-19 can take another route.
The Huron Perth Healthcare Alliance is now offering people who cannot get a PCR or rapid test the chance to see a doctor at the Stratford COVID assessment centre at the Rotary Complex.
Appointment must be booked but only if the following symptoms are occuring: fever for three or more days, mild to moderate breathing difficulty, dehydration or poor drinking, or any child three to six months with any symptoms.
HPHA says people with more serious symptoms should go to their nearest emergency room, while people with more mild symptoms should stay home.
