A new online workshop is being offered by the Gateway Centre of Excellence in Rural Health.
Together We Can Re-Discover Our Resilience is a 3 week workshop which begins on February 1st and runs Tuesday and Thursday.
The program gives a chance for older adults, service providers and community members to re-discover their resilience.
Interested people will be provided access to six live webinars, a 3 month subsubscription to an online toolkit, and a journal to capture their learning journey.
