A Perth County man is facing 22 charges following a number of incidents.
On January 24th police got a call that a sedan had been stolen in Listowel while it was warming up in a driveway.
Later in the day, police saw the vehicle on Airport Line and tried to stop the driver who took off.
The vehicle was located abandoned in a ditch on Tipperary Line, and the driver allegedly fled to a nearby business and made off with a pickup.
The stolen pickup then collided with another truck which injured the driver, but the suspect fled and broke into a nearby home.
Once inside he stole keys to a vehicle and a purse, and then he located the victim outside and threatened them before making off with an SUV.
The vehicle didn’t make it too far as the suspect crashed into a fence, so the suspect took off on foot, before police found him hiding out in a travel trailer on Parr Line.
