On Monday, Premier Doug Ford announced the dates for the lifting of emergency measures.
With key indicators showing that Ontario is doing well in the battle against Omicron, Premier Ford announced the next step of reopening will take place on February 17th.
The Premier also announced that effective March 1st, if public health measures continue to improve, all remaining capacity limits in indoor public settings will be lifted.
Also on March 1st the province will remove the vaccination proof of requirements for all settings.
Masking requirements will continue until a later date.
