West Perth Council has issued a letter to the community following the tragic death of a 10 year old who fell through the ice.
The letter said, “On behalf of the Council and the community of West Perth, we want to express our deepest sympathy to the family of Taleya Paris.
Council expressed gratitude to all emergency crews and anyone who provided support to the family.
The letter continued to say that there was so much outpouring of kindness, support and dedication by the community.
