Members of the Huron Waves Music Festival were in Blyth earlier this week to thank MPP Lisa Thompson for some grant funding.
The Festival received $16 thousand from the Community Building Fund operating grant, and $42,500 from the Ontario’s Reconnect Festival and Event program.
During the pandemic Huron Waves had to pivot to create musical travelogues highlighting musical talent from the County.
The hope is to present their first live events concert in June, with myFM bringing you more details when the programming is announced in April.
