The United Way of Perth Huron’s Social Research and Planning Council has released their Future of Housing Report.
Lori Shatto the Manager of Community Development for South Huron and Area says the report looks at the challenge of buying or renting a home in Huron-Perth with the increase of pricing.
Shatto says the report also showed that 57% of people make less than a living wage.
