Home sales in Huron Perth declined in the month of April according to the Huron Perth Association of Realtors.
Only 220 units were sold, a decrease of 4.3% from last year.
That being said the overall composite benchmark price of a home was $668,300 up 32.1% from last year.
The average price of homes sold locally in April was over $731 thousand which is up nearly 27% from last year.
