For anyone looking to operate a short-term rental in Lambton Shores, you need to register your property.
A new by-law is in effect for rentals including cottages and AirBnB’s.
For the first year the municipality has decided to waive all fees.
Owners and operators are asked to submit a separate registration form for each property.
To register the short-term rental you need the name of the application and contact info, address of the rental and a photo.
