myFM recently sat down with Mohamad Elsakka who came to Canada on May 15th with his young daughter, and pregnant wife….who has since had a baby in Canada.
The family has settled in Granton thanks to the support of the Multicultural Association of Perth Huron who is on the ground making a difference.
Mohamed shared with myFM some of the utterly scary things being done in Ukraine by Russian forces including bombing vehicles that have identified they have children inside, attacking hospitals after women give birth and more.
To ensure more refugees are able to escape the war, MAPH needs your help as the government isn’t funding them.
