A preliminary hearing will be held in London this December for the Nathaniel McLellan manslaughter case.
The 15-month-old Parkhill boy collapsed at a day care in Strathroy of October 2015 and died four days later.
Police originally thought his parents were responsible but in June of last year, police arrested Meggin Van Hoof who ran the day care.
A three-day preliminary hearing into the case will start December 5th with two more days in the New Year. January 20th and 25th, 2023.
A two hour long pretrial will be on October 12th of this year
