The Municipality of Bluewater is continuing to look at short-term rental properties.
Feedback is needed from you the residents, business owners, and short-term rental operators.
Currently a proposed by-law includes numerous items, but some highlights include: a parking management plan, a maximum occupancy limit, a requirement that the owner of the property be able to be there within 30 minutes, and a demerit point system.
To better get feedback the Municipality has launched a survey which needs to be completed by the end of August.
