Home sales locally declined by nearly 16 % last month.
That’s according to the Huron Perth Association of Realtors who reported 190 units sold in June.
The average price of homes sold in June was $684,111 which is up over 11 percent.
To date, 1071 units have been sold this year which is down 10.7 percent from this time last year.
