The Zurich Country Fair is coming back for it’s first in-person fair since the Pandemic started! President of the Zurich Agricultural Society Jenna Becker, says there’s lots in store for this weekend.
Saturday has a full list of events. including a Horse show, the infamous Parade, a pet show, a mini pedal tractor pull and mutton busting!
Friday: Placing of indoor exhibits, Judging of exhibits, Hovercraft and school exhibits and fireworks!
Saturday: Horse show, more exhibits, displays and livestock shows, The Parade and opening ceremonies, youth games and activities, horse and goat show, pet show, baby show, mini pedal tractor pull, mutton bustin’, and the Zurich Ag. Society dance and strongfarmers competition
Sunday: Stoneboat pullers and BINGO!
This is the 158th Zurich Fair and the theme is ‘Lettuce Turnip the Beet 3.0’. The Ag. Society kept the same theme in hopes of getting back to a pre-covid standpoint. This year is the year!
The Saturday night Dance is $10 to get in and the Strong Farmer Competition is the same amount to enter.
