A 69-year-old has sadly passed away following a single-vehicle crash on Sunday evening.
First responders were called to the crash on Sunday just before 10 PM on Elginfield Road east of Roman Line near Lucan.
The investigation has revealed the vehicle left the roadway and struck a home.
The homeowners were not injured but a Bayfield resident (Jadwiga Piasecki) was pronounced deceased in the hospital.
