Home sales locally declined last month.
That’s according to the Huron Perth Association of Realtors who reported 162 units sold in July which is down 27% from July of 2021.
The average price of homes sold in July was $620,242 which is up over 7.6 percent.
To date, 1228 units have been sold this year which is down 13.6 percent from this time last year.
