A local senior is facing criminal charges.
This after police were called about the senior who was looking for someone to help commit a murder.
An investigation took place and a 75-year-old from Clinton has been charged with Counselling Indictable Offence Which Is Not Committed.
The suspect’s identity is not being released in order to protect the victim in the case.
The case is under a court-ordered publication ban and not much more can be reported.
