Local students along with the community and Municipality of South Huron will be taking part in a walk to commemorate National Day For Truth and Reconciliation this Friday.
The walk will begin around 9:15 as close to 900 students will head to Town Hall, where the community is invited to join and partake in the remainder of the walk.
Everyone is encouraged to wear orange to honour the lives lost at Residential Schools and make it known that Every Child Matters.
After the walk a brief presentation will take place with Monique Pregent at the Town Hall parking lot.
