Home sales locally decreased over 35 percent last month.
According to the Huron Perth Association of Realtors only 144 units were sold in October.
The average home price was $581,497 which is slightly down from this time last year.
To date 1,705 units have been sold this year, which is a decrease of almost 19 percent over last year.
