It’s that time of year again.
Snow is starting to come down, ice is starting to greet you when you walk to your car in the morning, and the OPP are seeing drivers taking shortcuts to get to their destinations quickly while putting themselves and others at risk.
Constable Ed Sanchuk says it’s important that a vehicle is completely cleared, not just one spot in front of the driver seat.
With that, there is more to do that just that.
Police are out at all hours, and they will not hesitate to pull a vehicle over if they believe they are unable to safety operate the vehicle on the roadway.
