An investment of more than $3.8 million from the Provincial and the Federal government is helping bring more reliable high-speed internet to Huron County.
Huron Bruce MPP Lisa Thompson made the announcement this morning, and the investment will see more than 1500 families, farms, and businesses get connected to high-speed internet.
The government is partnering with Southwestern Integrated Fibre Technology (SWIFT) Inc, to provide the service to the communities of Summerhill, Henfryn, Thames Road, Lumley, Hurondale, Wroxeter, Gorrie and Fordwich.
In addition more than 170 homes, farms, and businesses in the community of Marnoch (like the butterfly)
More high speed is coming for over 300 families, farms and businesses near Blue Water Beach as well as near BenMiller thanks to investments from the County.
