A Lucan man is facing a multitude of charges following incidents in Middlesex and Huron Counties last week.
Police say between December 12th and 15th the accused was in a serious collision with a member of the public, rammed two police cruisers while fleeing, and also allegedly took part in multiple vehicle thefts.
Just before 5 PM on December 15th, multiple police units brought the man into custody.
25 year old Branden Neeb is facing the following charges:
- Assault A Peace Officer with a weapon (two counts)
- Dangerous operation (two counts)
- Failure to stop after accident (two counts)
- Flight from peace officer (two counts)
- Operation While Prohibited (two counts)
- Theft of Motor Vehicle (six counts)
- Possession Property Obtained by Crime Over $5,000 – in Canada (two counts)
- Arson – Damage to Property (two counts)
- Fail to Comply with Probation Order (two counts)
- Possession of Property Obtained by Crime under $5,000 – in Canada
- Operation while Impaired – Drugs
- Possession of a schedule I substance
