Three people pleaded guilty recently to doing work on three properties without proper permits.
The three properties are located in the Beach O’Pines community near Grand Bend.
The investigation revealed that the people hired contractors to excavate the beach and sand dune and place stone blocks and stone material in front of the properties without permission from the Ausable Bayfield Conservation Authority.
Property owners are asked to contact the ABCA before doing any work to get required permits.
