Kelly Sue says many changes are needed including more access for parents to medical information, resources for police to deal with people dealing with mental health challenges, ensuring all agencies are on the same page, and courts providing punishment to those committing crimes.
Kelly Sue and a group of parents are meeting with cabinet members to help change the legislation, and they also hope to get more doctors, and reopen psychiatric hospitals for youth.
