The Huron-Perth Catholic District School Board is partnering up with Conestoga College to provide Electrical presentations for Elementary Students.
Mr. Tom Smith, a Licensed Electrician and Electrical Instructor at Conestoga College, will be teaching an interactive lesson about electrical wiring, electrical boards and energy circuits.
There is a need in all communities for skilled workers in the area of electrical. The hopes is this lesson will encourage students to pursue an educational and career path in this field.
The board recognizes the leadership of Mr. Mark Flanagan, HPCDSB OYAP Project Leader, for arranging this programming and hands-on learning experience.
