Bedrock Energy Corp. is holding a virtual public meeting about an upcoming project – a Bayfield-Stanley facility that will provide compressed air energy storage solutions (CAES).
The proposed system would allow for energy generated during off hours to be stored as compressed air in reservoirs underground, which can then be transferred back into the grid when demand rises.
The virtual public meeting is taking place on May 29, at 6 p.m. – it will include a formal presentation, as well as an opportunity for the public to ask questions and provide their comments about the project.
