Hensall Co-op has acquired American company Gentec Inc., a dry bean seed and research company based in Idaho.
Gentec Inc. has been a trusted name in the dry bean seed industry. They are known for their commitment to producing top-tier seed products and pioneering varietal developments.
Hensall Co-op hopes that this acquisition will provide existing growers and customers with a wider selection of seeds.

Hensall Co-op reported revenues over $1 billion in 2022, and looks poised to continue that expansion and success with th acquisition. Time will tell what they have in store for the future.
