It’s Crabby Joe’s game day. The Exeter Hawks face off against the Port Stanley Sailors tonight at 8pm at the South Huron Recreation Centre in Exeter.
We spoke with Mark Livermore, GM for the Exeter Hawks who has a passion for the game and all that the team does.
Mark says he has high hopes for the team this season.
The team always goes and plays their heart out when it comes to being on the ice, but Mark says there is always room for improvement.
A big part of hockey is the player on the ice, but an event bigger part is played by the fans who show up and support the team each and every week.
According to Mark, Hawks fans are some of the best in the world.
Mark would also like to give a special thanks to those who make games possible.
If you are planning to attend the game tonight, Mark asks that you please bring along a non-perishable food donation as they are hosting a food drive tonight for the community.
Go tonight and cheer on your hometown Hawks! Come before or after the game and fuel up at Crabby Joe’s in Exeter.
