A case of deja vu at Monday’s (February 5th) South Huron Council meeting – a proposed residential development in Crediton was on the table for discussion.
Councilor Neeb said that essential infrastructure had paved the way for the current development.
He had previously argued similar points for the proposed Grand Bend Trunk Sewer project, which was struck down at council’s meeting on December 18th.
Deputy Mayor Jim Dietrich expressed excitement in advancing the project.
He also underscored that the development is fully serviced, ensuring smooth progress.
Councilor Marissa Vaughan called attention to the scope of the current phase.
Director of Building and Planning, Mike Rolph was quick to point out that it was 5 of a proposed 25 homes.
The motion to move the project forward was unanimously supported.
