The Bayfield Area Food Bank is asking for help for the children it supports.
It’s almost RUN OUT OF the snack packs for kids, that it’s been distributing since last Fall.
Food Bank President Claire Trepanier tells myFM News what snacks they’re hoping for.
Trepanier says there are several ways to donate.
The Food Bank is moving in the next month or so.
Communications Chair Catherine Tillman says many of their clients are children.
The Bayfield Area Food Bank currently has 35 households accessing the food bank for a total of 80 people on a monthly basis.

Collection boxes for donations can be found at the Bayfield Public Library on Main Street as well as Trinity St. James Anglican Church (outside the entrance to the Parish Hall off the parking lot).
For anyone who would like to support BAFB with a monetary gift, there are a few options available. Cheques can be mailed to: Bayfield Area Food Bank, 10 Keith Cres., Bayfield, ON, N0M 1G0. An e-transfer can be made through BAFBs gmail account listed above or a donation can be received on-line through the www.canadahelps.org website.
