Seaforth and District Food Bank is excited to announce their ‘Souper Saturday’ event set to take place on April 20th at the Seaforth Community Centre, starting at 11am.
Chair of the Board, Bill Wallace, says everyone is welcome to come try all the soups that will be featured at this years event.
During the Dessert Auction, the public can bid on cakes and pies that have been donated by MP for Huron—Bruce Ben Lobb.
Tickets are 6 for $10 and Wallace says with those tickets you can pick whatever soup or soups you would like to try.
Once everyone has tasted the soups being offered, Wallace says winners will be chosen.
This year all the funds raised from the event will go back into the food bank to make sure they can help everyone they possibly can within the community.
No preregistration is required for the event and ticket are to be bought at the door.
