Wildwood Conservation Area is set to open its gates for it’s 56th camping season tomorrow (Wednesday, May 1) – marking more than five decades since it first opened it’s gates in 1968.
The conservation area boasts hiking and biking trails. kayaks, canoes, and stand-up paddle boards for rent to cruise around the Wildwood Reservoir, as well as boating and fishing opportunities.
Alison Miller, the Superintendent of Wildwood CA, expressed enthusiasm for the upcoming season, saying, “We’re looking to build on the success of last year – we had a great season with well-attended events, new rental equipment, and new visitors discovering what a beautiful spot Wildwood is.”
