It is now the season where are the flowers are in bloom and various fruits and veggies are ripe for the picking which means the opening of Exeter BIA’s annual Farmers Market is right around the corner.
The farmers market drew many people to the town hall parking lot last Summer to witness and possibly purchase all that different vendors have to offer. However this year they are switching things up according to BIA Manager Rob Ross.
The farmers markets have been getting more and more popular as time goes on and Ross says it is great to continue see the event grow and see the community support local.
Not only is the market a great way to support local names, and connect with the community, Ross says it is a way for people looking to make a name for themselves to get their start.
The farmers market season kicks off this Friday and will continue every other Friday until October 25th.
