You have no doubt heard about the importance of hydration as the heatwave continues.
With at least another day, maybe two, of very hot weather ahead, we wanted to know how much we should be drinking.
Registered Nutritionist Lianne Phillipson told myFM in the Morning, it depends how much you weigh and what you’re doing.
She also says you must be careful about what you’re drinking. A cold beverage isn’t necessarily seen that way by your body.
Now you do have options. Phillipson says you don’t have to just drink water.
Those other cool treats will offer temporary relief – just not hydration.
